Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. For whomever it may concern, the parking here is great, and there is a drive-thru available. A covered bike rack is nearby as well, and the suite is accessible by wheelchair.

I have called the 1-800 number and both guys were very nice. However the second time I called is when I found out that there is no one on the weekend available to come out and fix it. We are now having to wait until who knows what time Monday or later to have someone evaluate the situation. I work from home and am now unable to use my internet since there is absolutely no way they can have someone come out.... This is very upsetting and as a customer who happily pays their bill monthly, you'd think that there would be more accommodation made to have someone available in these situations. Other than this I've had great service with both customer service and my internet.
