    I had to replace my phone and my customer service rep Tim went above and beyond to make sure that…read moremy new phone exchange from my iPhone 15 to iPhone 17 went as smooth as possible. However there seemed to be several miscommunications and errors made on the part of T-Mobile themselves and NOT the CSR Tim. I appreciated his direct communication with T-Mobile and making sure that the mistakes made on their end during the transaction were not an inconvenience to me. Even though the entire process took over 3 hours and even into the following day, Tim continued to deal with T-Mobile on the back end while making sure that I left the store that day with a functioning phone and he shouldered the entire transaction for me which I appreciated. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just couldn't due to the lengthy hassle caused entirely by T-Mobile themselves. I'm grateful for Tim's take-charge attitude and professionalism he maintained while dealing with difficult reps on T-Mobile's end. It's hard to find service like that these days and I wanted to make sure his 5 stars service was acknowledged. Thank you so much!!

After more than a decade of paying my bill, staying loyal, and sticking with US Cellular, you would think longtime customers would be treated with some kind of respect. Instead, it feels like we are just being pushed through a messy transition with confusing information, worse service, and no real concern for the people who have been customers for years. Everything about this has been frustrating. The communication is poor, the process feels disorganized, and customers are left trying to figure out what is going on while still being expected to pay full price like everything is normal. I did not stay with US Cellular for 11 years just to feel like an inconvenience during a merger. If this is what the future looks like under T-Mobile, that is not exactly giving me confidence. A loyal customer should not feel like they are being ignored, shuffled around, or treated like they do not matter. After 11 years, I expected better. This merger has made me seriously question whether staying with this company was worth it at all.

    BUYER BEWARE ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS: The Roseburg Mgr changed my plan which tripled my costs &…read moreeven charged me for a 1st line activation fee even though I have been a customer for over 7 years without my knowledge or consent when I purchased a new Samsung A14 phone on 25 July 2023. I contacted MetroPCS customer service & they reversed all the charges & lowered my phone plan so that I would not cancel my plan. The Mgr told me that my phone came with a charger, but it did not. I went back to the store the next day thinking the charger was left out of the box but was told by the same manager that Samsung phones do not come with chargers and so I bought a Super Charger which is a dud because it takes between 3 to 4 hours to charge the phone fully. When I bought the charger the top portion of my receipt is printed in English, but the lower half of my receipt was in Spanish. I asked the manager what the return policy was on phones & accessories & he told me 30 days; however, it is really 14 days which I found out when I tried to return the charger. There are no signs posted in the stores stating the Return Policy is 14 days. The manager would not take back the charger & so I asked him to call his manager which he did & Maria the Regional Manager told me that the return policy is clearly stated on the bottom of my receipt. I told her that the bottom half of the receipt was in Spanish & that I do not read, write or understand Spanish to know that it says on the bottom of the receipt that the return policy is 14 days because the Manager verbally told me 30 days. She rudely stated she would not refund or exchange my charger because the MetroPCS store that sells the phones & accessories is privately owned & has nothing to do with MetroPCS. I contacted MetroPCS customer service who tried to help me with the return but there is nothing they could do because they cannot help you with the phone or accessories you buy, they can only assist you when the Roseburg manager switches' your phone plan without your knowledge. After the Roseburg manager sold me my phone, he did not help me set it up because he had to take a cigarette break.
