The stock range varies according to season, so it is sometimes quite difficult to find a good card for an occasion that is not the major holiday (i.e. in the Christmas or Easter period). I was with friends at Roadhouse in Covent Garden and Craigy P came up to our table and did magic…read more He came for about 15 minutes and what we loved is he did not force himself upon us, he checked that we really did want to be entertained. He is a very impressive magician, one of the people on our table has done amateur magic and could not follow most what he was doing. Even things he did know how they work, he was incredibly impressed at how well Craigy P did it! Also on top of more normal tricks, he also did a clever extras that really made it special. Roadhouse is a fun place to go for dinner, but nothing remarkable, however he made it outstanding. Craigy P meant we got live magic at our table which is of course a big deal. Thank you Craigy P for helping us have a great night and turning something normal into something special!

Where it once had loads of room to walk about and one could decided how much money they could justify spending (for the third time that month...!), its now really packed with hardly any room to walk. Add a pram in the mix and there's nowhere to move. So yes I still shop here for cards, but I leave the big Paperchase spending for when I head up town.
