He didn't show up and quit answering emails. At first I thought he might have been injured but finally started checking his one star ratings. I had to replace my electrical panel which started a process of repair/replacement for most of the plugs and switches in my house. Older house, time on my hands- I can do it!! Turns out sometimes I can't do it and sometimes I need help and this is my absolute go to guy. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of covid and all that that means. He came on relatively short notice once and on "ohh damn, when can you come?!" emergency with a "get us to limping" fix that got us to the weekend when we could turn off the house and fix it fix it. Plus he answered my text when I ran into a little problem. Best of all, though, is that he takes the time to teach me how to fix it myself. (Simple things like replacing a plug) He doesn't just say, "it was broken, now it isn't" type of explanation- he takes the time to walk through each thing until I understand the why. Absolutely my go-to electrician.
