This was our second time working with Bao to purchase a new home. After our first excellent experience with him, there was no question we would work with him again. Bao listened to our needs, asked relevant questions, and answered all of our initial questions. Bao helped us identify a few places to see, and was super flexible with our busy schedules. Eventually, we saw a home that we were interested in. Bao arranged for us to see it the first day it was on the market, and helped us make a strong offer, which was accepted within a couple days of the house being on the market.
