Came here with 3 friends on a Sunday afternoon (literally all restaurants in Jonquière are closed on Sundays) and we weren't greeted at all. In fact, because we were clearly anglophones, no one bothered to serve us or give us menus. We had to wait about 15 minutes just to get our menus even though the place was almost empty. With only one waitress working at this hour, she barely came to us and we had to try really hard to flag her down. Needless to say, the food was very delicious. I ordered the burger they had and the portions were amazing and the presentation was flawless Just on food itself, I would give it 4 stars as it was still very expensive. The service bumps this place down to a 3.

When we arrived here there appeared to be some larger groups really enjoying themselves. Beer was flowing and good times were being had. Rarely do I consume much booze at lunch or I'd never feel like going back to work. Or smelling like beer for an afternoon meeting is not very cool with clients (unless you are with them). I ordered a club sandwich that was healthy in size and came with a few salads and what appeared to be focaccia bread. Overall a solid meal hearty and fresh. Portion size was good and service was above average. I've eaten at La Voie Maltee in Quebec where it felt more like a "meat market" in the evening with many hungry cougars on the prowl. The feel here was much more laid back and younger. Maybe in the night time the Gino's and Betty's come out looking their finest looking for a good times. Maybe it's more laid back. Overall a very solid brew pub.

My Imperial Stout arrived with a small cube of chocolate. It was an interesting combination. I was still enjoying it when the nachos arrived. Um, I don't know why I chose nachos - it's not exactly a Canadian staple. I ordered a second beer and had the pizza with pulled pork and mushrooms. The beer and the pizza were quite good.

For the burgers, you can choose beef, lamb, deer, chicken, salmon, or veggie. After choosing your burger, you can add additional sauces, toppings, and cheese. My experience here left me somewhat disappointed. While I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of RBB was good (modern, trendy, stylish), the service was incredibly slow. It took nearly 45 mins for my food to arrive, only for me to receive the wrong order. I ordered the veggie burger and received a beef burger instead. However, the waitress was quick to remedy this, and had the correct order within a few minutes afterwards. The food was very filling and tasted fresh. Maybe I just went here on a bad night, but if it's slow like this all the time, be prepared for a long wait. Slow service, but at least the waiters and waitresses are friendly.

We ordered the mac n cheese, duck poutine, sausage platter, and Caesar salad. The mac n cheese was quite good. The sausage platter was very tasty, but petite for the price in my opinion. The duck poutine had an awesome flavor, but the fries were a little overdone. The Caesar salad had a very mild flavor, perhaps too mild, but I like my Caesar salad to be strong. It might just be my taste. I also tried one of their in house beers. I'd definitely recommend trying one if you visit. Overall, the food here is tres bien. Bar food in the US usually consists of fried everything, so this was a nice contrast. If you're in Saguenay, it is certainly worth a stop.

The house of Arthur Villeneuve, and his art, which I was not expecting at all, was one of the most unique and interesting things that I have seen since arriving in Chicoutimi. It`s worth going to the museum just to see that!
