The asparagus flan was outstanding, the torta fritta paired perfectly with the tasting of traditional cured meats, and the veal with mushrooms was incredibly tender and flavorful. The anolini in brodo was pure comfort, especially with fresh Parmigiano added tableside. Dessert was also served tableside, and both options we tried were amazing. We had a great view of watching people walking around, cars and bikes going by, just being in the middle of the town and feel the energy. The service is good as they will explain anything about the menu in fluent English. Since we are in Parma, we had to get the prosciutto plate here along with Bellini drinks. The food came out pretty quickly and we also got the risotto for something more. I love it how they give the shaved Parmesan cheese in a ceramic container that's in the shape of a Parmesan cheese wheel. First the prosciutto is delicious, simply delicious. There's a great savory and salty taste to it and I just love how the texture is. Now the risotto is well made and I love that there's a small piece of prosciutto in the middle. We really enjoy our late lunch here and just eating outdoor albeit it was pretty cold that day. But sitting under the sun feels just right.
