I went in for a checkup appointment today. My appointment was at 2:50pm. I arrived and signed in at 2:45pm. I was called back into a room at 3:05pm. I waited...and waited...and overheard Dr. Vogelsang meet with a pharm rep and I watched other patients be brought into various rooms and be seen before me. What the hell? At 3:25pm I asked once of the assistants when I might be seen. She said, "We have the latest copy of Entertainment Weekly in that room if you wish to look at it." Excuse me? What a ding dong. At 3:40pm I decided my patience had worn thin and I got up and walked out. Yep, caspered! Left a vapor trail! I haven't encountered a wait time like that in a doctor's office in a very long time. It wasn't like Dr. Vogelsang had to step out and rush to the hospital to deliver a baby. Either the assistants screwed up and flipped the wrong colored flag outside my room or Doctor Vogelsang deliberately skipped my room. He must have walked past my room at least 4 times (the door was open). Either way, I was pissed. Doctors and assistants should remember a patient's time is just as important as their time. I'll find another Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor and doctor's staff who respects my time.

Horrible experience! Dr.Smith wasn't even in the room 10 mins. I was still asking questions about a…read morepossible thyroid surgery and he was walking towards the door. He didn't order any pre surgery bloodwork or updated ultrasound so he was planning on doing surgery based on my last ultrasound that was over a year old. When I spoke to the scheduler she asked what day I wanted to come back to get the drain removed from my neck. Dr. Smith mentioned nothing about a drain. I was completely lost. When I spoke to the clinic director she didn't want to hear me out and defended Dr.Smith not explaining the procedure with since the scheduler did it was ok. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Please don't waste ur money on this unsafe doctors office for yourself or your loved ones

Julie Zickefoose is my usual audiologist and always informative and friendly! Really work hard to keep hearing good and issues solved! She makes transition to hearing aid smooth and without hassles! Parking is their free lot and elevator to second floor a breeze! Stairs are right next to elevator for a few steps up! Been to and used aids in the pass, but this is the best service and best transition yet! Love doing business with them!

Made an appointment WEEKS ago with this office for Dr. Vogelsang, I specifically asked for him when…read moreI called because he is an ENT and who I saw as a child and that's who I was calling for, got to the office for my appointment, my appointment was for 2:30 they told me to be there at 2:15, at 3:45 the receptionist comes over and says "Dr. Given is running behind he will be with you next" i said i'm not here for dr. given Im here for Dr Vogelsang, I go up front, she says "im so sorry the girl who scheduled you is new, she put you with dr given" I told her it was fine, no big deal, but since I left work for an appointment I needed a slip saying i was here, The RUDEST nurse i've ever met in my life came out and said If i didn't see anyone they weren't going to give me a slip, i advised her it wasn't my fault I didn't see a Dr, they didn't book me correctly which the front desk clerk admitted, so she comes out with a slip that says "the PATIENT cancelled her appointment with us today" I told the clerk this was unacceptable, I cancelled because I was booked with the WRONG doctor who didn't treat what I was there for, after waiting another 20 minutes they came out with a slip that said I rescheduled, I took the slip because I was done arguing, but now I get docked at work for the offices error and the nurse wouldn't even come out and speak to me herself. very poor office procedures I will not be returning!

They all have been extremely compassionate towards me. I feel a sense of comfort while I'm there. Everything is run very smoothly, and I always leave happy and feeling like I'm in good hands.
