Uncooperative, unresponsive, unprofessional - This realtor was pushy at every stage of the…read moretransaction. She delayed responding to our emails for days, but then expected a response from us in minutes. She paid little to no attention to the content of our communications, and - on at least one occasion - feigned no knowledge of her own email responses. She scheduled a meeting and then with last-minute notice showed up at another time "because it was more convenient." At first, we chalked it up to being busy and overwhelmed. After a while, we got the feeling she just did not want to work with us. And finally, at the closing her true colors came out: she made an highly inappropriate comment about my husband's place of birth and his chosen career.

i respectfully write this review as a very concerned new york resident. i was an active participant…read morein a deal involving rochel, a broker at beach & bartolo realtors. rochelle violated many industry standards and operated without regard to long- standing ethical requirements. rochelle provided inflated comparable values to the purchaser by relying in home data from a nearby town wiyh higher median values. this misrepresentation resulted in my partner purchasing a home for way over market. why, you may ask? because rochelle also represented the seller. in a selfish effort to line her own pockets, rochelle failed to disclose relevant information about the property and failed to perform the necessary due diligence, and then had the audacity to lie about such completion. as a reailt of rochelle's inappropriate conduct, my partner lost hundreds pf thousands of dollars fixing structural dangers that were not disclosed by this agency. do not use rochelle nor beach & bartolo realtors. they are a scam.

Found an apartment from them that was in the final stages of renovation. They sent me a lease and…read moretold me they could finish most of the repairs by the time I moved in. They also hadn't finished putting finished insulated walls on all of the exposed brick, but said it would be done by the end of summer. I agreed to all of this and had a few other questions when one week before I was supposed to move in, they said they found another renter who would take the apartment "as-is". So turns out they continued to show the apartment that they had promised to me, and then rented it out to someone who was naive enough to take an unfinished apartment all because they couldn't be bothered to bring the building up to code and make it habitable. They have no qualms about allowing their tenants to foot a massive electric bill so they don't have to weather-proof, fire-proof and bug-proof an old building that's falling apart.
