I have been a renter for a couple of years in West Springfield. Any issues that have come up are taken care of quickly. I just have to send Ralph a text message and he responds in a timely manner and any repairs are taken care of also in a timely manner. I rented from Knight Realty; Kevin Knight for several years I found Kevin to be an OUTSTANDING LAND LORD n I was very upset when he sold the property I was living in. Kevin and his entire staff; receptionists to the maintenance team were always polite, entirely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure renting from him and it was not until he sold the property that I could TRULY appreciate his complete professionalism, his integrity and his entire demeanor in general. Knight Realty owns many properties and I know he's a very busy guy yet weekly he would personally walk the property to assure that everything was running smoothly. He interacted with the tenants in seeking a quick resolve to ANY issues. His presence showed his care and concern for both the well being of his property and his tenants. Kevin personally and quickly returns phone calls and I can say in all sincerity that in the 8 years I rented from him I never had any issues outside of the normal occasional clogged sink etc and they were always handled quickly and professionally. Knight Realty made regular visits to the property and maintenance personally checked and changed the batteries in smoke detectors, they assisted in putting in and removing air conditioners , they replaced any torn blinds, kept the grounds beautifully maintained with flowers and bushes, walk ways and stairs were always clean n clear during inclement weather. I could go on n on really with compliments and kudos but I hope you get my point. If you are looking for an honest, decent realtor who exhibits honor and integrity this is the place to go! I would rent from Kevin again in a beat and I have recommended him to others several times. In a big city it's very difficult to find a land lord who exhibits the qualities of this agency and they will always get a 5 review from me. Kevin and the main office are responsive to all maintenance issues, the building and apartments are very well maintained, the landscaping is always kept on top of. I recently just moved out of one of the Knight Associates Realties Apartments. I worked with Kevin Knight. From day one he was very helpful and supportive, anytime anything went wrong we called Kevin and it was fixed right away, at most it may have taken a week. The maintenance crew did a great job keeping everything in line and in check. Both my roommate and I really appreciated both Kevin and the maintenance crew taking time to get to know us and support us as individuals not just people that were giving them money. I was a tenant for almost eight years and had a great experience. Excellent maintenance and people to rent from. Overall awesome experience!

All of our dealings with Knight Associates were excellent and more than fair. First of all, the building was clean, quiet, and secure. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained with decent appliances. Heat was included in the rent. There was onsite laundry with new (coin-operated) washers and dryers. It was near Forest Park, close to libraries, grocery stores, bus lines, and Highway 91. It was an excellent value for what we paid. Perhaps more important was the people. My wife and I dealt with Kevin, and when we first rented the apartment, he worked with us to find an apartment that fit with our income, which was to some extent uncertain at the time. Not long after moving in, I got an unexpected job offer in another state, and we had to move in the middle of our lease. Kevin put the apartment up for rent. It rented quickly, and we ended up not having to pay double rent, even though there were months left on our lease. He didn't have to do this, but in our dealings with us he was honest and, as I said before, more than fair. I recommend renting from Knight Associates. read more

I was a tenant of Knight Realty for two years. I started in a small apartment and upgraded to a larger one and had a great experience living in their buildings. The office responds quickly to inquiries about maintenance, and management is very communicative and accommodating. I enjoyed the charming details of the older buildings and think the apartments are incredibly affordable for the amount of space offered and the nice condition (Hardwood floors throughout? Claw foot bathtub? French doors?!). If I weren't moving for work, I would gladly have stayed here. A+. read more

I have been a tenant of Knight Associates for the past almost two years. And I previously was a tenant over six years ago also . I would like to say that Kevin Knight is a class act and very nice person. I was almost going to be homeless last year and Kevin found me an apartment in three days. I have enjoyed living here in my apartment and only moving because I'm going to a senior housing complex. Kevin has been a fair and hands on type of landlord and you can always find him around the buildings checking on things and he always has a friendly hello for his tenants. I rented a apartment from the Knights for 3 years. I really enjoyed living on Longhill st. Nice hard wood floors, tall ceilings and great big windows. The historic Forest Park section has a nice big park near by and its close to shopping and super quick access to Interstate 91. The building is safe and secure and quiet for the most part. Management was always very responsive to any maintenance issues. The only reason I'm moving is to be closer to work. I will miss my apartment! read more
