They have elotes and esquites (corn kernels in a cup). I love both but the elote on a stick is really the best way to eat it. The standard corn is slathered with mayo, covered in cheese and then sprinkled with chili and a squeeze of lime. Don't be afraid to ask for less or none of any of the ingredients if you want a lighter flavor. Personally I don't like too much lime so I always omit it.
