One day I'll order 100% truffle items, but I was with a business group, so I'd better act all businessy. "Hey any of you up for 100% truffle?" (I said in my head). If only! Maybe I'll find another business group to hang with. I hear Truffle Co is hiring (I wouldn't last a week). Back to the main event. I of course got the truffle mushroom risotto, and here comes Mr Upsell back for the win: "you would certainly like prawns with that." But of course. I know I should have gotten steak, but I was finishing a long week of meat-indulging, so I needed a reprieve. I was so healthy with seared spinach instead of creamed. But as usual the sides are enormous, so soon I was passing that and receiving Mac-n-cheese and truffle fries. This meal is turning out to be healthy!
