She always made sure to leave out extra wintergreen mints for me. It's a super nice office. Front desk staff made sure I saw every single available dr incase something happened and I needed to see one of the other Dr's when I went into labor. I thought that was really sweet. They wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the staff. I never had a "smear" before and Raidun was spoon gentle and coaxed me into trusting her and we clicked really well. I couldn't think of any better team than adefris! The level of care I received from the time I found out I was pregnant to the time it came for my emergency c section, I couldn't of had a better experience from Dr. Boeke and Dr. Crepeau. Dr. Boeke was so sweet from every prenatal visit to the final visit of my induction. He wanted to be the one to deliver my son and it so happened to work out that way. When it was time for the dr to come in during labor he grabbed my leg and rubbed it, just reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. And I couldn't thank him enough for that, especially as a first time mom. When it came to my last visit, I actually had tears in my eyes that I wouldn't be seeing him anymore. I had never met such an understanding and compassionate Dr before. I was on a specific medication and they worked with me talking to my prescribing clinic when I was having issues with them upping my dose due to my pregnancy. He always reassured me I was doing just fine and that I'd be a good mother and I really appreciated all the talks he, I and my husband had from start to finish. Needless to say if I have more, I'll be seeing these guys. I love them so much. They're an amazing woman's clinic.

I called the office explained the situation and was connected to the nurse station voice mail. I left a message right around 4pm on a Friday, received a call same day asking me to come in on Monday for labs. Fast forward 3+ months later and I'm still seeing those docs as i'm currently pregnant. I've had several appointments here for lab work, doc visits and ultra sounds. I never have had to wait long in the waiting room or to be seen by a doc. They run a pretty smooth ship. I have had one appointment mix up that the office apologized for, however beyond that I have had no issues. The docs are WONDERFUL! I have seen 2 in the practice and spoke to a 3rd that was on call and have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone in this office. I would highly recommend this practice.

Honest staff and physician just not revealing potential useful information. There are people with a lot of common sense they haven't heard of .. like PBS Judith Wrightman.. not sure I got the last name spelling right. Dr. Amen about brain health are just 2. No mention of how grief support or being prepared is important. Was told he would make an area more male friendly then that didn't happen. He has males that at least accompany the females coming. I was hospitalized, went well, it could've gone better and was not given any reports, clinic notes to make any future hospital experience less upsetting and more pleasant. Having a PCP not mentioned and some of what was promoted there clashed with the common sense at a primary physician visit. There is potential at this clinic to be awesome yet they might forego it for what's easiest and safest financially. What they don't realize is a few tweeks would achieve concerns, be cheaper, turn them into an exceptional, very needed service provider niche.

I have had therapy with a nurse practitioner who was also very knowledgeable & friendly. For all the whiney first time pregnant Moms who have bad reviews out here, lighten up. OB doctors get called to the hospital frequently to check on a patient or deliver a baby. They might have taken extra time with a woman who has just gotten so really bad news. Give them some leeway, the next time you might be the patient who really needs some extra time with the doctor and it I'll make you will feel so good when you get that extra time.

I called my clinic and they said "yes" we did send the order, and Allina lab did receive it; actually, I was relieved the appointment was cancelled because as I was standing there, talking to the lab teck, I just realized she was the same teck that "fished" for a vein to poke, and made a huge hematoma bruise on my arm; I ran out of there quickly, and will be sure to pick my lab teck wisely; somehow, I think she had something to do with the botched, or purposeful denial, of my blood draw order.

The building is conveniently located just off of Radio Drive. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking. The building is well lit and everything looks really new. Check in was a simple process as the front desk is just steps from the front door. That process only took a couple of minutes before being directed to where we needed to go for our department. Everything went smoothly and we even were seen early for our appointment. Unsure of the other doctors in the building however the doctor we visited with has excellent reviews. Service was professional and friendly. Not always something that folks look forward to doing, however having a nice and convenient location certainly makes the process easier.

I was charged for not only an annual physical appointment but an office visit as well. I was told by the billing agency that because I asked about and had the doctor look at my ear and scalp that this resulted in an extra visit charge. I was charged for 2 visits, $515 each and I was there for 1 visit for 20 minutes. I didn't take any doctor recommendations and didn't pickup any prescriptions and I was charged for 2 separate visits. HealthPartners is shady and crooked and I don't ever intend on making another visit there. I'll be finding a new provider.
