She texted it less than an hour and a half from my phone call and I was sincerely surprised because literally do I do not usually speak to such nice people and then they do me a favor, a big ask, without even me being their customer. To be honest on my very first phone call we were able to get a therapist and we have an appointment with next week, and an appointment a week for the next month. I felt that Iris went way above and beyond for somebody she didn't even know and those are the kind of people that should be rewarded and thanked and normalized. This experience felt unprofessional and was a significant waste of time.
