Since the divorce was finalized, I have consulted with two separate family law firms to evaluate whether a modification of my current custody and visitation order is possible. Both attorneys expressed significant concerns regarding the terms of the decree and visitation schedule that were negotiated and entered in my case. Both advised that a modification appears warranted based on the circumstances.
