I went to get my hair done by Jessica. Sent a VERY descriptive text about how I wanted my hair…read moredone. I told her I wanted the base of my hair to be a medium brown and a balayage. She quoted me for 150 BUT CHARGED ME 170. While she was going my hair she had worked on 2 other people of even really paying attention unless she finished with the other people. Fast forward she is done with my hair. Once I got home and looked at my hair I noticed that it wasn't a balayage at all and she didn't do a base color. The front of my hair had a decent amount of blonde and the other side barely had any. You could see the the color I had on my hair previously and then my roots which had also grown out. I reached out to Her as soon as I saw it. I told her my hair truthfully looked sloppily done and very unsymmetrical. She tried to tell me I needed to pay 40$ for her to fix my hair. I told her I was not ok with paying for what she did not initially do. She says she'll fix it free of cost and schedules an appointment to fix it. Long story short she didn't fix it and it truthfully don't look any better. She got the hair dye all over my face as well. She washed the color and bleach out and was going to have my walk out the salon with my hair SOAKING WET because her next client showed up. I literally had to ask if I could use the blow dryer and has to blow dry my hair myself. I've never had a worse hair salon experience. And my hair looks horrible.

Happily, I've been able to get appointments when I need them and I've been to Jessica both times since she's done a great job. I'm well on my way to Targaryen blonde (white-blonde for the non-GoT fans) and my hair has never been softer and shinier thanks to the deep conditioning she gives my hair after coloring.
