My daughter and I had such a relaxing time preparing for my wedding later in the day. We went in with not much of a plan and Doria Grace shared great ideas for both our hair and makeup. I haven't done my hair in over a year. A friend recommended Doria Grace, so I looked them up and they had great reviews. I went to their website and easily booked an appointment. There was a spot for some notes and I wished my stylist good luck lol. Annie texted me not long after my appointment was confirmed. I was a little shocked, no one had ever done this before! This was awesome! She asked me what I needed, what I wanted to focus on and for some pictures. When I arrived, the salon was cool, calm and inviting. Annie greeted me and showed me to her chair. The consultation was very refreshing. Yes, she asked me what I wanted, how I wanted my haircut, how I like to do my hair and how I cared for my hair! The coloring process from start to shampoo was flawless. And that shampoo was heavenly! I could've sat there forever. My cut and style were more than I could've ever imagined. Best in the area! Make no hesitation booking here. Prices are reasonable for the top notch quality service and product. They utilize both Pravana and Olaplex product. Very hard to find salons in the area that stay up with the latest in hair treatments and advanced products. The staff spends lots of time giving you a thorough consultation and making sure you get the results you want. The atmosphere is cozy, zen and super relaxing. My color and cut was with Paris. She is brilliant! She was able to remove old, too dark color without bleach. Instead she used a vitamin c treatment that removed color without damage. I found myself needing a new stylist after many years with another I was beyond nervous. I found Doria Grace salon through Instagram! They had really awesome colorists and current processes which is what I really wanted. I was very happy to say I was able to book a consultation first (I have a lot of hair and I've had stylists have to reschedule appointments because it was taking longer than predicted) that was very important to me. I met with Annie had a lovely conversation and booked an appointment. Annie did a fabulous job!!!! I was so excited! She continually invests in learning in order to stay on top of the latest trends and advances in her craft. She also invests in excellent tools and products (just ask her about her scissors sometime!). She doesn't shy away from doing something different or edgy.
