I work here quite a bit and needed a haircut and some color. They then told me that they do not do color on Sundays. Who knew that they don't put that out like hey by the way, we only cut hair on Sundays. I understand that I could be a walk-in I get it but the customer service that I got when I got there was absolutely hideous and horrible and when I wrote a review on Google, they came back at me with such negativity. I'm completely shocked that this location is still open. I will be contacting every single site that I can to let others know please do not go there. They're horrible. They're mean they're hateful. Literally I walked out of there crying. Please do not go to this establishment. They're rude. They are not caring about how you feel. Horrible hair salon don't go go somewhere else.
