He then did not show up for the appointment, nor did he respond to any of my texts on the 23rd asking if he was still coming and what his ETA was. That's it. In no way did I cancel on him, that's a complete lie. I only found somebody days later on Task Rabbit, after he failed to show up or respond. He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier.

They were extremely polite over the phone, and answered all of the questions I had. I scheduled an appointment, and the next day they arrived right on time (they gave me a heads up that they were on their way, just in case I wasn't home yet). When they got here, they were, again, polite and very professional. They brought their own mount, extension cords, tools, etc. and worked at a fast pace. Whats more, they also offered to pass the cable through the back of the wall for no charge (other places charge for that). When they finished, the TV and shelf mount looked perfect.
