They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp. Unless you're ok with being talked down to in consistent condescending tones and looking for a "let's try this and see if this works" approach to your IT need, steer clear of this company and Roman. I hired Roman after he came to my home and we did a walk through of the situation and what outcome I was looking for: 3 Ethernet Drops, Fish an Ethernet and coax cable from detached garage to main house, and create a wires network inside of my house using a 3-pack of brand new EERO Pro 6 mesh routers. After he assessed he very succinctly gave me an option A and an option B and a price for each. I felt it was fair and he seems to show he knew what he was talking about so I agreed on the spot for him to come on a specific day. The day that he arrives I walk him to where he is supposed to start fishin a wire through to the house on an existing PCV pipe where there is already a wire (only needs to fish it) and I leave him to run an urgent errand. I return about 30mins later to find that he has left and job is undone and I call him to find out what happened -- he explains to me that without me present he cannot run the wire because he encountered an issue with the fishing of the wire (Red flag#1). We agree that he will return a few days later to pursue option B. He arrives that day and I am tied up on a zoom meeting that is taking a little longer than expected and my wife answers the door to tell him this but that he can still get started. He tells my wife that he'll have to leave if I'm not available (red flag#2). I get off the meeting and he then, in a condescending tone (red flag#4), explains to me what he is going to try to do that day and I agree in principle as he would need to install an exterior access point which I would need to pay for -- we agree and he proceeds to move my modem and my switch and router and EEROs to the attic and runs electrical and Ethernet cables to connect them to each other. He later shows me how his option B (exterior access point) does not provide the results he initially expected. At this point he is showing signs of frustration and again in condescending tone instructs me to do something for him inside of the house (red Flag#5) at which point I feel compelled to confront him about it and he apologizes. Finally after exhausting all options he states that oven option B not being a possibility, he only sees option A (fishing the wire) as the way to go. We agree that i would get someone else to do it but things didn't work out fast enough for them to get done on that day so he left and we agreed that I'd call him once the fishing was done. When I called him to let him know that the wire was fished, he explains to me that he's on vacation until January. I ask him if he has someone he can refer to finish the unfinished job -- he says no. At a time when so many companies refuse to provide you with a quote until after the see you (and many times waste your time), Tecnonet provided me a quote immediately and answered all of my questions promptly. Once I accepted the quote, we scheduled install. Three technicians showed up on time of the day of the install. They were extremely professional throughout and completed the job in the exact amount of time that they said they would. The crew cleaned and vacuumed when they finished and even installed a RING and door chime for free. Upon departure, they gave me a quick tutorial, answered all questions, and even downloaded the APP and registered my system for APP viewing. Neville showed up on time as he promised. I recently purchased a 11.2 channel receiver and two external amps. I am running 4 atmos speakers along with my 7 channel surround. I attempted to hook it all up with a friend. We ended up making a mess with all the speaker wires and had a terrible humming noise coming from all speakers. They arrived and pull my full system out to find where the humming noise is coming from. They were able to locate the source and fix it. While the system was pulled they also did a great job with all my mess I had. They even fix my TV that was not centered correctly. They were very professional and did a great job. WARNING: Neville Roman is the business owner of Tecnonet. He has some serious passive aggressive issues and is a cheat and a liar. I'm not the person to leave negative reviews. But I felt completely disrespected and cheated -- I had to. We hired Tecnonet for a rather large job, (exterior camera installation and exterior outside lighting installation, and other smaller tasks) over $3,500+ of work: Let's just say *Mistakes-after-mistakes*. If I could leave zero stars, I would. 1. First Neville Roman lied about his employees being LICENSED ELECTRICIANS -- They are NOT. We were told by another Electrician onsite, the job Tecnonet did was completely wrong and illegal... When they installed our commercial exterior lights, they used the wrong housing on the wires for our exterior lights (he used interior housing, designed for inside, NOT outside). I had to call Neville Roman and ask him to completely replace the wires and do it correctly, which added more time and expenses on our end. If he hadn't been caught for this mistake, Neville Roman would've gotten away with this. He wasn't even apologetic or humble over the matter. He angrily told me to call HIS employee directly and ask him to replace it, (how professional). His employee did take care of this specific issue, however, this was completely separate from Tecnonet and I had to pay HIS employee a little something extra directly because I actually felt bad for him. The employee was a super nice guy. I truly hope his employee finds a better employer. Neville Roman is horrible. 2. We also had Tecnonet install about 6 exterior cameras throughout our warehouse. Prior to installation I informed Neville Roman a new tenant was moving in. He was well aware the property was just leased and the new Tenant will be changing Internet Service Providers (ISP) very soon... We asked him to please setup the new camera system again when the tenant changes (ISP), he said no problem and agreed. When the tenant moved in, Neville didn't honor his word: It's set-up completely wrong. Now I have a camera system that isn't setup correctly and practically useless. I'll have to pay another $1,000+ to have someone else fix his mess. Neville kept the login information all to himself and expects his customers to solve his issues. We're not in the business of setting up camera systems, that's why we paid YOU. We have no idea how to set this thing up. 3. We had him install a couple Emergency EXIT signs for our tenant... They're BOTH installed incorrectly! Our Tenant failed their Fire Inspections due to Neville's negligence. Neville Roman couldn't simply test the EXIT signs and ensure they were fully functional...? Truly pathetic and unacceptable. A typical crook. To make things even more absurd, he had the audacity to call me and YELL when I kindly texted him to please fix these issues. His only responses were: "Not my problem, find someone else" -- Oh, best part, he blocked my number... a complete lunatic and passive aggressive. Very mature. Now I'm left with a disaster of a mess and I'm going to spend more money fixing the issues he created. How many mistakes can a business make from day 1? Tecnonet is 3 for 3... He simply loves to take the money and RUN. Too many mistakes for a new customer. Is this the type of man you want to trust and do business with? This industry is a long-term relationship. Trust me -- RUN. You do not want to deal with a company or a man like this on a long-term basis. So do yourself a favor and RUN far far away from this business. We had Tecnonet/Easi 360 installed 48 camera system, we paid over $20,000 for this job because we want a professional company handle everything, that is buying the cameras, equipment, material and doing the installation. They write 3 years warranty on the contract, but they don't honor it. Once your cameras fail even in year one, good luck getting hold of them. Update: If the policy states 24 hours of confirmation than the calls and emails should be done more than 12 hours before the installation. I would attach pictures of proof. One of the pictures I posted shows that we agree the previous day and half to have the installation installed. This wasn't enough of a notice of a confirmation and how quickly you were able to assign a tech to a client on that day, that must say a lot. I had a estimate done onsite to determine cost. He didn't like the cameras I picked so he was trying to recommend the arlo which are over priced cameras that are sold everywhere plus they are cloud base like that is ever secured. Example: Dropbox and PS4 have been preached before. Also those cameras use 5Ghz frequency which have trouble going through walls. The higher the frequency the more difficult. Also he says that a router is most likely to get hack instead of the 128 bit camera. This is true if you include variables such as setup, user error etc. I had disagree with most of the information he says which me a software engineer and security engineer friend agreed upon another day. Either way I wanted the cameras installed so I asked my wife to message him on yelp to schedule a day that wasn't that far away yet he still needed a confirmation for less than five days which to me make no sense it is not something plan months ahead like a dental office. He never left a voice mail or suggested that he requires a confirmation. Lucky for being a software engineer I can work from home but this is still a waste of a day.
