French fies, on the other hand, aren't being cooked properly, fried way too long until brown, greasy and taste burnt. They need to learn the double fry/blanch technique. The food was not ready at pick up time but they were so friendly that it was ok. Will go back to them if I ever need them again and if I am in town.
