They give you a beeper which is convenient while waiting in your vehicle. The ambiance is a typical parking lot. I will be coming back. I highly suggest this Mi Ranchito if you are in a pinch for time or want a low effort high reward takeout for dinner.

I begin despising regular food and drink on account of it not being Metro Minis. My friends and family notice a change in me as I begin disappearing days or weeks at a time; all on a never ending quest to find and eat more of these fried balls of perfection. I actually once followed this truck for 30 miles on foot just for it to end up at Heard on Hurd near my home in Edmond! I could have just waited at home or checked social media to find out this information but I was too consumed in the hunt! The literal fry cooks working in this truck never make a single mistake. As far as I can tell they were actually put on this earth to fry cake doughnuts into an endless stream of awe. The days in which I can't find the truck feel so empty, so meaningless. It didn't take long for our meal to be ready but others told us that they had waited an hour in previous visits. I had the lobster and tots, the pico was delicious and really put the dish over the top. I also had the clam chowder which was fantastic. My husband had the lobster tacos which were terrific and loaded with big pieces of meat. He chose the lobster bisque as well but sadly neither of us liked it and we definitely recommend the clam chowder.
