While I understand that you schedule on the hour, you are entitled to breaks and you want to provide an exceptional experience to your clients, I must point out the flaw in your response. According to Yelp, you open at 10:00 a.m. -- I walked in at approximately 10:15 a.m. So either you finished your first appointment in less than 15 minutes or your 10am didn't show (assuming you had an appointment at that hour). But, then again, you are the co-owner. You can make up your own schedule and take your 15 minute break upon starting a shift if you like. I thank you again for reaching out and inviting me to return. But, I have already found a new barber elsewhere that despite being closed when I arrived, immediately returned and reopened his shop when I called. Why did he do that?
