My little brother has had a few hair cuts with Felix and he's incredibly professional and cuts really cleanly. My brother has never gotten bumps when he gets haircuts here. They are always patient and talk to him a bit through the appt which keeps him entertained since it's a kids cut. He's been coming for about a year and a half and loves it every time. Went in and a young man by the name of Raul stated he would be able to fit me in that day but made an appointment for the following day with him. The shop is clean and in downtown. Got to my appointment a little early so waited a little bit while Raul finished with the other client. Once he was done he cleaned up and sat me down. I was getting a haircut and beard trim. Went over how I wanted my haircut and Raul made sure every step of the way it was what I wanted. He did the same with my beard trim. Raul was very professional especially for such a young guy.
