I don't normally leave reviews. But this one was too hard to pass up. I called up the shop early in the day to see if they took any walk-ins, which they did and they booked me with Thomas. I asked if they specialized in high and tights, was told yes by the lady who picked up. Guess the owners were obsessed with James Dean, odd. Shop was clean, nobody in the shop other than Thomas. Sat down, Thomas began cutting me up. My hair wasn't that long and complex, pretty much has to cut was was grown over 2 weeks from previous barber. NOPE. he proceeded to give me an undercut on one side and attempted a fade on the other. You can tell when you get an inexperienced barber when they're talking to themselves while cutting you up. Thank god the haircut was $16 for whatever this is. I tipped cause I always do. But stay far away from these barbers. Pretty sure sports clips would of given me a better cut and closer to what I asked for than this! read more

The absolute easiest place for boys and men to get their hair cut. The barbers and stylists are all great, quick yet thorough. She was patient and took great efforts to make my visit pleasant as possible. Followed all my request on the haircut and also asked questions to make sure it was correct. Cut my neck twice with the straight razor and was far too aggressive on my hair. I asked for a simple cut, an inch off the sides and the top, but the barber tried to do his own little fade style that turned out horrendously. read more

Both barbers who work here are excellent! I have been going here for 8 months. I always get a great haircut at a great price! Walk-ins only, but I never wait long. Very nice waiting area with flat screen tv, free wifi, coffee, etc. this place has a nostalgic feel as well with old James Dean pictures on the walls. Very reasonable rates! The first time when I went to Barbers West, I was given a haircut by Cindy Richards, and it was OK; this time, my haircut was given by Bill Brown since Cindy was not there. I really want to way that he is really irresponsible, he kept looking at the TV while giving the haircut, and there were several times he nearly cut my skin. I went to the shop around 5:20 pm (they close at 6:00 pm), and I can feel that he was trying to hurry up and leave early. I will probably NEVER go to this shop again, and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do NOT let BILL to be your barber. read more

We found this place from yelp! My husband and my son had a very bad experience there. Vanessa did my husband's hair cut, OMG, she was the rudest, most unfriendly barber that we had ever had! My son's barber is not even advertised in the shop's profile. He was wearing glasses, and a big guy. He did a horrendous job! I don't know how this place received 5 star!
