I just moved to the area and I was so sick of women at Great Clips and Best Cuts ruining my hair and awful service. I needed to find an original barber who knew how to cut men's hair. I found Scott from Yelp, and saw he had awesome reviews. I gave him a try. He will officially be my barber from now on. He was friendly with great local sports memorabilia in the shop. Such an easy going guy. He made a haircut (usually one I dread) a fun and relaxing experience. My haircut turned out great and the single blade shave on the back of the neck was a great compliment. For only $14, the price is even cheaper than the large chain salons. I would rather spend my money on a local barber with personality than some rude and disgusting women at a salon. Definitely give him a try. read more

Scott totally butchered my hair cut. I came in wishing that he knows how to give excellent cuts for men, but unfortunately lacking experience and professionalism. If you want to waste your money, while make friends with the guy, then you come here. Otherwise, just go to SuperCuts, where they actually know what they're doing. read more

After all these good reviews I thought I would head out there. I'm new to the area so I was really hoping this would be a good one. I love simple barbers that are no bs and just cut your hair. I don't need fancy product or a seminar on how you completed barber school. Just cut my hair, do it well, and be entertaining. Scott, the patron, fit all those requirements. Came in 30 minutes before closing on a friday and saw he had one customer already. He said of course I can fit in a new customer. While waiting for my turn I could tell that Scott and his customer had a great relationship. Seems like they've known each other for years and joked about a lot of things. Then a lady and her kid walked in and Scott immediately asked if this kid was the son of a guy he used to work with 25 years ago. How impressive is that?? He continually impressed me with his memory and knowledge. The haircut was great and very impressive for a first attempt. The location is very nice too. No doubt that I will be coming back to Scott regularly for my haircut. Did I mention that he massages your neck with some sort of vibrating machine?? It felt wonderful. read more

Scott was truly amazing! I just moved here from Chicago and needed to find a barber ASAP! I did my research and found my guy. He was so kind and genuine, but also on point for my crazy Chicago style haircut. If he can figure out my cut first try he will be able to figure out anyone's haircut! We can come in and converse as men do about a variety of topics as we wait to get a pleasant cut from Scott, the barber. He greets each of his customers, young and old. He ends your haircut by shaving the back of your neck to make sure it's clean and smooth finish and a providing a mechanical neck massage. He accepts cash or check for a $14 haircut. Great place to receive a haircut. Personable owner/barber, and laid back concept. Not like going to a franchise trying to push their overpriced products from their thick employees. Not professional at all! I could have put a sugar bowel on my head and done a better job. One of the worst haircuts i have ever seen and the sad part it is on my head. I look like Moe Howard(from the Three Stooges) that hasn't had a haircut in three months.This is not the place to go if you want a professional haircut. Too much clowning around and not enough attention to the customer. He does not know how to cut and style men's hair. I would never recommend this place to a friend. read more

First off I'm from north of Cincinnati just coming to the area for work. I asked Siri for a good local barber and this place popped up first. I called at 4:45 and Scott (the owner) answered and told me they closed at 530 I asked if I got there by 5 if he'd fit me in and he said no problem. Traffic and TomTom issues later I arrived at 5:25 and Scott said, "come on in!" Now that's customer service! After a brief wait he had me in and out with a new cut and mechanical neck massage. This place is the best barber shop I've been to in years. It's no frills or gimmicks, straight to the point man stuff. Dirty jokes are free and a connection can be made to all who enter.
