BUYERS BE AWARE. I'm still in disbelief of the kind of flowers they delivered Please see photos below as the delivered flowers and the ones I paid for. When I ordered, I upgraded the flowers to Deluxe and paid 70$ for a same day delivery. At the end of the day, I did not received any communication from the florist on wether the flowers were delivered or not. I called, no one responded and their voicemail was full. Already a red flag! I finally reached out to my friend and she said she did not receive any flowers. WHAT?? I then emailed the florist and she responded saying the flowers were left on the porch. I voiced my disappointment and they agreed to redeliver the floors on the next day. But please take a look at the flowers they sent. The flowers look nothing like the ones I ordered. For $70????!!!!!! Barbara, I would like to have all your customers to hear this. You need understand that your customers choose to trust you and they rely on you to deliver their intention to people they care about. You fell and your service is beyond disappointing and unacceptable! I truly wish you would conduct your business with more integrity. You will not last long with cheating and scamming. read more

I ordered purple violets to be delivered to a relative and requested no substitutions. They delivered tiny red roses instead. Not only a totally different color, but an entirely different flower. No one bothered to call to ask if a substitution would be alright or to give any options. They just went ahead and sent something completely different, and it didn't even look nice Will definitely be going some else next time. read more

I ordered a plant from Barbs website for my sister who lives in Kerrville, which states same day delivery, on Friday for Saturday delivery. It did not get delivered until Monday. My sister sends me a picture of the plant and it's not only smaller than described in the picture but also in a little plastic green container! I was so disappointed! I spoke with the store and they are supposed to give me a refund of 50% plus delivery costs. If she couldn't get the succulents or the nice vase, they should have called me - my phone number was on the order- I would have picked something else! I'm glad for the partial refund (now I'm paying $35 for a $5 plant I could have gotten at Walmart) but I wouldn't have even ordered that for the discounted price! It looks cheap and cheesy! Phoned in order, repeatedly asked what flowers are in season and asked for a mix of in season flowers, also asked to have a picture of finished bouquet sent via text.....response was " yes ma'am I can take care of that for you." Recipient of flowers sent picture and it was NOT what I had asked for/ordered. I called back Barb's Flower Barn to try and resolve issue.....I expressed my dismay and asked what they could do to rectify the situation. Was told they could not talk right now but would call back.......it's been two days and no return call. I will do my flower ordering elsewhere and suggest anyone reading this do the same. read more

I have used this flowers shop twice to send flowers to a friend. The first time, no problem. Used the shops WEBSITE both times. The second time. Problems. First the order was never delivered. Charged my credit card! When I found out today (January 2, 2019) that my order was never delivered I called. Owner answered the phone and I tried to explain to her what the problem was. She proceeded to argue with me about the order. She said she never saw order even though it was made on her website order form. She had my money, that should have been a clue that an order was made. She said she would call me right back but she didn't. I called her at 1pm and she gave excuses that she hadn't had time to research. She would call me later. She never called me back. Their online website was easy to use not complicated at all, the website gives you so many different options from Birthdays, Anniversary, Get Well Soon, Just Because and many more their all their you click it and all the beautiful flower arrangements pop out with options like *As Shown *Deluxe and *Premium and their prices are reasonable . The flower arrangement I order for my sister are beautiful I went with their Teleflora's Enchanted Cottage and my sister loved them! I recommend this business in a heart beat my new favorite flower shop to send flowers to my lovely sister Thank You so much for great service, beautiful flowers and on time delivery . My son in NM ordered Mother's Day flowers and candy for me here thinking it would be good to buy locally. Suppose to be delivered Saturday. Nothing. Thought maybe they would come Sunday. Nothing. e called there Monday morning and was told they don't deliver to Fredericksburg ( I love closer to Kerrville) so why didn't they let him know since he had paid for the order. He was told they would be delivered Monday. Nothing. I called Monday afternoon and was told they just got in fresh flowers so I could have old flowers delivered that evening or wait until Tuesday. Told her Tuesday morning would work. About 11:00 I called and told her to leave them on my porch because I had an appointment. Would I do business with them? Nope. read more

SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! Being new to the area and not knowing which flower shop was "THE" shop to use, I turned to Yelp for help....decent reviews So I figured what the heck.... So I called a week prior to Valentine's day, order a dozen WHITE roses with 4 red added. Not a problem, we'll make it look great for you! Ordered and paid over the phone ($80!!) . You'll never guess what call I received @ 11:45 Valentine's Day from Barb herself!! YUP----Mr Sutterfield I'm sorry but the white roses I got in TODAY aren't pretty and I cannot send them out. Is there any other color we can send. I ordered white for a reason! There's a special meaning to the white roses with the red mixed in! Has been for 23 years!!!! Who was I gonna call on Valentine's Day to deliver what I wanted? Was promised she would "make it right". Was told she would "deliver to her a dozen WHITE roses on Friday when her new shipment came in. It'll be like Valenties day all week long". Well she made an arrangement and delivered it that afternoon. I had to call my wife (of 29 years) and explain why she wasn't getting her favorite flowers but instead an arrangement....ugh....Well come Friday and I guess with all the fanfare of the week, no white roses came.... Ya live and learn I guess. Maybe just a fluke deal.....maybe it's the laid back atmosphere... Luckily the wife had a good laugh about the situation! I am from Az and went with a local business for my sisters birthday back in March. Being local, I figured the delivery wouldn't be so high. I ordered online and requested flowers be delivered to her home for a surprise. My sister had taken days off from work and knew she would be home. After speaking with my sister later in the afternoon, there was no mention of flowers. I called the flower shop and spoke with "the mgr". She explained that she had other arrangements in her name and took direction from another customer to have them all delivered to her employer, which is in the same building as the flower shop. That being said, she didn't receive flowers as a surprise! In speaking with "mgr" again, she assured to deliver another arrangement with a call back to me. That never happened. She does the flowers for our church each Sunday and strives to match the flowers with the occasion (memorial, honoring an anniversary, etc.).
