I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day on February 5 from the Rose Shop. I found them by looking up the best florists in Fredericksburg, where I live, on the internet. The Rose Shop took my order and charged me. But, Cindy at the shop told me today that my order was rejected. But, they never advised me of the rejection, and they did NOT reverse the charge. The owner called me back to say they would refund the money, BUT NEVER APOLGIZED. They never offered to prepare the flowers for me to pick up - they offered nothing. If you want to order flowers, order from anyone but these type of people!! That's the nicest thing i can say - DON'T USE THEM!!!!! read more

I called "The Rose shop" in Kerrville Texas after a very bad experience with Ruth's roses, and Ava's roses being seemingly scam businesses that truly are not located in Kerrville Texas. Unlike the aforementioned, two shops, which I believe are connected; "The Rose Shop" came through with flying colors and delivered my order in a very timely manner. If ever you are in need of a flower delivery in Kerrville, Centerpoint or neighboring Texas areas, I highly recommend the Rose shop. They are Honest and provide A1Service. Thank you! read more

I would like to recommend but sorry cannot do so as my bf brought me an azalea for my birthday and ordered online, online they took his money and said it would be delivered , they phoned him a day before delivery saying it would not be available and to pick something else , they gave him options and he said no pink as she does not like pink , well the fusia came and it was fusia colour close to pink but also lots of pink bows and even wrapped in pink and a pink pot so the pot the bows and the happy birthday sign which was also in pink went into the rubbish bin , the azalea was a special thing . please update your website so it shows not available , he did not get what he paid for and would not recommend this store to anyone . read more

I received 2 beautiful bouquets on the Tuesday after Mother's Day from my daughter in Austin and boyfriend in Houston. They arrived at the same time, cheerfully delivered by a friendly lady from the Rose Shop. Both the arrangements were the nicest I have ever gotten from any florist here in Kerrville. It seems that they were made the day they were delivered and were so much fresher than others I've had. poor communication. order delivery was moved to the following day without letting me know. they did however call the flower recipient who had no idea the flowers were even coming. but they were able to ask about a gate code - apparently very important as it came up again and again when i called. no apologies were offered. it's just their policy to do it this way according to the owner karen. i cancelled the order. read more

Yesterday I wanted flowers sent to a friend that had had eye surgery. I spoke with a man in the shop (did not get his name) but he listened to me describe what I wanted and made suggestions for type of arrangement they could provide within the price I wanted. My friend was delighted with the flowers and sent me a picture. It was so special. She was happy and I was happy that she was happy! Don't know when I may need flowers for someone in that area again but when I do, I'll call the Rose Shop again. Thank you! P.S.
