The spacious living room measures 19' x 17' and includes plenty of seating to cozy up to the large gas fireplace. Best of all, you'll never have cold feet because the lower level has in-floor heating. Enjoy many of the areas natural amenities while relaxing by the fire pit with friends, or rent our pontoon boat and cruise Big Newton Lake.
