As someone who has gone to this school many times and every time I was satisfied with the results…read moreno matter who ended up doing my hair. Which was 2 ladies. And my next appointment would have been a 3rd. Simple because either the student left or kept being unavailable for personal reasons. Well not anymore. After having gone to the school numerous times without a single issue. Now they no longer work with males. So with having a scheduled appointment I was called and told we will not work with you anymore unless you know your specific stylus. Well I've been bounced around so much and the person who I was scheduled with left I don't know anyone. But apparently within the hour they made a sexist discriminatory rule to no longer work with males. Now I received the first call from a receptionist and asked for a call back from an actual person who can answer legitimate questions. The person who called me back didn't do that. I have a right to be upset. What ended up happening is the beyond rude person who contacted me back refused to admit the new practice was both sexist and discriminatory. Basically said you don't like it go somewhere else. Took the stance on we have the right to refuse service to anyone. And that is true and that's fine. But the reality you are limiting the students the ones you're actually trying to teach. I've don't nothing wrong in anyway shape or form. I don't know why this has come about but the way this was handled was beyond unprofessional. As a paying customer. Due to the numerous rescheduling I've allowed. ( today was the first time I had to reschedule ) It is better I go somewhere else. Now for those who plan on going to this school. Be cautious. It is apparent your teachings will be limited. This review will be posted in as many places as possible. I am determined to make others aware of the complete disrespect I experienced for no reason from this establishment.

She did so good and explained the products she was using in my hair. She gave me a few tips on how to manage by hair better as well! She took her time and we took some pictures afterwards and I absolutely loved it and got compliments throughout the day! Although I came in for Bree, the student in the station next to her, Dani, also greeted me which I found very pleasant! The next girl I came in to see was Zoey L for a 30 minute facial, a brow tent, and a 60 minute facial (all separate appointments). I felt so comfortable with Zoey, she's so kind and helpful. I left GLOWING! Ogle, you've got a great group of students!

My tips to the stylist who worked with me today on what Ogle calls a "silk press" (wash,blow dry, flat iron) 1)start the process once your client is in the chair instead of just hanging out waiting for an instructor to sign a paper 2) ask your client what style before starting 3) don't simultaneously play and text on your phone when you're already pretty slow at each step. 4) speed and technique come with experience so pay attention to your client not your phone, Ogle is not high school. To the instructor at Arlington, try doing like the instructor at the Dallas locations and the location in Denton and INSTRUCT the students. Help them be successful. Good grief. I will not go back there.

I paid with cash so it was $10 (they charge $11 if you pay with credit card) & I tipped the student $5. It is extra $10 if you want your hair washed & shampooed. They played relaxing music in the background, the whole process did not take as long as other places I've been where students cut your hair. Overall a good experience and I would come back.

Reluctantly I agreed, since my normal salon is in Austin. So I made an appointment & from the minute I walked into the salon to the time I walked out, they made me feel like a movie star. They were all so sweet & gracious, & beautiful. Patty, the instructor, is absolutely amazing & really knows her hair. Anyone needing to get their roots done, these are the gals to do it! After they were done, they styled my hair so cool & for everything they did, it was so inexpensive. I'm thinking about driving up here again, just to get my hair done!! ROMANS 3:4 and also BE NOT DECEIVED GOD IS NOT MOCKED A PERSON REAPS WHAT THEY SOW GALATIANS 6:7 2. I stand by my experience and the words spoken to me out of complete unprofessional character from instructor Debra. 3. Your faulty blatant lies that I was "removed" from school according to your "made up" records!! Is nothing but a cover up and blatant deception to keep the reputation of your school. This happened at the very end while I had passed and taken all my test and we were practicing for skills to pass. We had what 1 more day left?!?! 4. What could I be removed from school from? Being quiet and Walking outside for an anxiety attack because of how Debra chose to handle a question I had about an extra credit assignment and faulty printer privately with a professional email. That Debra chose to make openly in front of the class! It sounds as if she needs to cover up her actions words for fear of it looking bad on her career and also we know she is pursuing further education (as we were let out of class early so she could go home and study). Additionally, she could just be racist against Caucasian as she did not seem to address other students of same race as myself. 5. If Debra could snap with her outburst like this over trivial matter like above mentioned then how could I get help from instructors learning the skills to pass the exams. They were not setting me up to fail!!! 6. Lastly Jessica let's see what Texas Workforce Commission and or an attorney has to say. The day I walked outside to my car being quiet I spoke no words. We were almost finished with program I had passed all of my test. I have zero messages, zero mail ,zero text, zero calls to me . I just could not have a conversation with Debra about what she'd done and how I felt because I don't dare be unprofessional and get into an argument or say words I'd regret later especially openly in a school setting. 7. It'd be awesome if there were cameras in the school and we could watch and listen!!! NO NEED to make up stories to cover yourself or the school!!!
