I did not get the help I needed. Dr. Clouse left me alone in a small room for most of the time, then never came back to complete. So no final questions or comments. A nurse had to finish up. I had to find another doctor for my illness. Dr. Clouse is incompetent with no compassion. Look elsewhere.

I initially tried to be understanding because this is an urgent care facility, but after an hour of waiting with no communication, the situation became completely unacceptable. What made this even more frustrating was that walk-in patients appeared to be accepted without any regard for scheduled appointments. If appointments are essentially meaningless, then patients should be informed of that upfront instead of being given a false expectation of a reserved time slot. At check-in, staff could have easily informed me that they were running significantly behind or offered the option to reschedule. Instead, I was checked in without any warning whatsoever. When I later asked how much longer the wait would be, nobody could even provide an estimate. I was eventually told there was only one person available to perform the testing. If the facility lacks adequate staffing to honor appointment times, then appointments for these services should not be offered in the first place. Patients rearrange work schedules and personal obligations based on those appointment times, and waiting nearly two hours defeats the entire purpose of scheduling ahead. Had I known this was effectively a walk-in-only process with unpredictable wait times, I would have planned accordingly. Unfortunately, my employer only provided Xpress Wellness as an option. Otherwise, I would absolutely choose a facility like Labcorp, where appointment times and patient schedules are treated with more professionalism and respect.
