Great service and very friendly staff. Transferring some cash for a property purchase and the online approach just wasn't working. Thank you so very much to the clerks and the manager. Highly personable, professional and friendly! read more

Lately it seemed costs were rising & benefits getting trimmed. I was beginning to question whether this was value for money. With the opening of the private lounge at the well-placed grand central branch, the benefits look much more attractive. It's truly a lovely space in which customers can have a coffee, do some business before they catch a train, or even stay for a couple of hours and do their work. It also has a small meeting room that seats around six people which you can book out. Well done NatWest! You had me at the espresso machine, but those tasty treats as well...

The staff are friendly and helpful. I have always been served quickly. They do offer a wide range of savings and other financial products, some of which I am not aware of as I use a basic savings account. The do have a website. They are independently owned which I know some people prefer. They do not have parking facilities as they are based right in the town centre, but there is free parking close by. I've used most branches in Ashbourne, Leek and Cheadle, but I have to say this one wins every time for me because of the lovely ladies behind the counter. I don't live in Uttoxeter any more, but whenever I go back, mother ask me how I've been, and whether I enjoyed my travels (the last time I took a wedge out was to go round Europe for a month).
