My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Once I finally got in touch with him and went to view my photos, he locked me in his office and made me feel very uncomfortable. He pressured me to pay an absurd amount, which sadly I did because I felt I had no other option. I tried to cancel my order(within 48 hours of the appointment) and asked for a refund, but of course, he never returns his messages. By the time he messaged me back, over a week later, he said it was too late and my order had already been sent to be printed. I was told the edits would be sent to me for approval before printing, and they never were. He claims he sent my photos to another country for printing because no lab in Canada meets his standards.... ya, okay?! I asked for proof that they were sent to another country and of course, nothing has been provided. If you are looking for someone professional, this is not it!

Sound Lab Studios actually rents out Rehearsal Rooms, venue to host any corporate events, sell and rent equipment, provide audio recording, music workshops, band showcases, etc. Their rates are super reasonable for everything as you can't even rent an empty room in Edmonton for what they offer their rehearsal room rates for. The owners are super friendly as well and will work with you to find a package that works for you and your budget. The 9 purpose built rehearsal studios are highly soundproofed and sound treated, come with a drum kit, mixer, speakers, and microphones, various sizes, are clean, fully air conditioned and are on the main floor so there's no need to haul heavy items up any stairs. At pickup time it was disorganized and the lady was rude and had no idea what we were there for. The guy who organized the rental (Luis) seemed like he didn't care. We weren't asked questions or given any helpful information about what equipment we needed. I get that it's not a big rental contract for you guys, but I'd gone to you on a colleague's recommendation; had I known this would be our experience, would have gone elsewhere from Day 1, and likely would have actually had working equipment. Deeply disappointed.
