We had an outdoor event and when they came to set up the decor, the wind was a bit higher than normal and was blowing the decor off the tables and blew the canopy to the ground. Totally out of both parties control. My issue lies with them knowing the wind was going to be strong that day as they came three days prior and refused to work with us in finding a solution. They simply said "we don't have anything" . Even that was like okay, a bit annoying but whatever. I tried calling Abe and just asked if there's any way to put weights on the decor and if there's anything else he could do. This guy, on my own reception day yelled at me. Like literally yelled and was swearing. He told me "don't tell me how to do my effin job" etc. At this point I was furious. This is completely not okay, you should not yell or swear at your clients, especially when they pay you 10 grand for what they thought was a "professional" service. These guys are just a bunch of clowns that should not be trusted to host your event. The cherry on top is the fact that he refuses to communicate, address the issue by calling us back, reply to our reviews. His solution is to post fake 5 star reviews on his google page. Honestly do what you want but there are far better decor companies out there that have a better team, better problem management skills and better communication with there clients.

We'd definitely hire him again he's such a friendly guy and did such an awesome job! This review is only for service so far, as we have not had the event yet. But Chris was extremely helpful in working with us to figure out the best package for our day and accommodating to our needs. We are really looking forward to having them at our wedding. To me Whyte Ave wouldn't be the same without the Faculty. My friends had the place (both rooms) for a party twice now and both times were STELLAR. The owners were a joy to deal with - extremely accommodating, helpful and always focused on making us happy. We had access to the location hours ahead - to transform the space to our own liking - and they even let us use some of their own decor and lights!!! Not to mention that we only had to remove what we brought in, the sweep & mop is included in rent!!! I will definitely keep returning to the Faculty and will keep recommending it to everybody I know - be it for a birthday shenanigans, hokey game watch party or a large turkey dinner. 10 out of 10.

When you walk into the centre, there are a few rooms on the left and the large gym straight ahead. The fair was held in the large space which was organized in rows with rectangle tables and 2 chairs. Each table had a table cloth laid out. The layout was great as it wasn't too crowded for people to walk and there wasn't much room between the tables but I didn't have anyone using the beside me so it worked out. They also had a table on the side with water jugs and glasses. Other times I've been, they've had round tables in this big room and rectangle tables around for the food and drinks. I saw in the other smaller room, people organizing and decorating for a Halloween party. It would be fun! The washrooms are just outside the rooms and the ladies' room was large with lots of stalls. It was nice and clean. There was parking on the street in front of the centre and across the street there was lots of parking in the lot. Decent venue to hold a meeting or work event.

Highly recommend Over the Moon for your bouncy party rentals...it's new so the bouncy houses are clean too!

The information was easy to find and when I called to book they were really friendly and organized. We ended up getting the castle earlier and it was in great condition. Phil set it up and explained all the details about making sure it didn't get damaged and no one got hurt. I used them again in the beginning of September when they had a sale on. Again great service, price was right and the people are super friendly, on time and clear about what is needed to have a great time. I will use them from now on for all my bouncy castle needs.

Aside from being affordable, punctual, professional... they are down right lovely folks to work with. If you're planning a big event - especially a large wedding - the Palace is absolutely worth checking out.
