Finally managed to do so, but when I arrived for the appointment, and someone finally came over to me she said they weren't open Saturdays. Why was I able to make the appointment, I asked. She, who seemed to be the senior there, was exceptionally nasty and condescending as if it was my fault I made the appointment. Bad computer system, employee with a bad attitude and inefficient system, made my day a total waste of time since I don't live in the area. Still need that immunization but really don't want to go back to this place. Will find another, I hope. Wish I could give that (oriental) woman zero for her attitude.

She ask my name (last, first) which had to shout across so she (and everyone else) could hear me. Then she ask my dob, which I was reluctant to yell out. Instead of coming closer to hear me she just kept asking "date of birth". When I gave her only a partial date (month/year) she got annoyed and started giving me attitude. I normally have decent service here. This lady had no clue what customer service is. She was unprofessional and it caught me off guard. If this happens next time I will ask her to come to the pick up counter before sharing my details with everyone. She can enjoy the embarrassment of the moment instead of me.

CVS is absolutely trash and has only been getting worse over the years. No one should spend an hour…read morewaiting in a drive-thru. Most of the time it's the same wait inside of the building which is why people prefer the drive-thru option but it's pretty much the same at this point. To make matters worse, finding an employee on the floor to assist you is difficult as well. These are issues that take place at almost every CVS I go to. They should really do better. My employer's vision plan isn't that great, and with places that take it, glasses still cost me quite a lot. I have gotten 5 pairs of glasses over the years at Costco. And, they don't take my vision plan, but the most I have paid for glasses is $350 and that's because of the frames I chose. And, I see great with the glasses. Just ordered a new pair since my vision changed after cataract surgery and know they will be great.

Unfortunately your pharmacy can only do so much when dealing with uncaring insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies that are only worried about bottom line cost and not providing medications at reasonable prices to pharmacies. At least Redi Pharmacy is there to help negotiate the issues with your prescription plan and get you what you need.

And have been going to the "new" one and they are still the best pharmacy in the world. The people, the best and kindest. Always there to help. Never waiting long. Employees smart, polite and have always, since the 1st time I went, they greet me by my 1st name, ask how im doin, etc. I can keep going and would take up even more space but the bottom line is - if you want to go to a great pharmacy, thats clean and your treated like a human not just some RX number.
