Then harassed my phone 5 times Becuase we both knew he was lying and tried to say his computer doesnt work and he needed to call insurance etc etc. another incident three months ago, made discriminatory hints about comments about prescribed contraceptives because insurance covers it and was begrudged that I didnt need to pay out of pocket. Started the "insurance doesnt cover it" script since then and had been withholding medications and discriminating against my health plan And formulary.finally transferred all my prescriptions to CVS at Indian Rock, turns out they cover my prescription for Plan B at no cost.

It took almost…read more2 months to get my supplies, after tons of back and forth calling almost every day there was a new excuse and they kept saying they woukd "escalate" It and never did. After all that trouble, they finally sent me one month supply due to being on backorder. Fine. I called the next month to get supplies again and they tell me I need to go through the pre-authorization process all over again, which was not true after waiting for that to be started I called my insurance company and they verified that I do not need another authorization. We called the US med together and they said everything was good. Two days later, my stuff still hasn't shipped and they told me that I now owed another $135 which was never on my account but fine. I paid it. Get an email today saying that they want another $135. I've paid almost $800 in the last month and I got billed $235 from a bill back in July. How am I getting a bill for something in July??? It has been nothing but trouble and nobody cares and nobody wants to help me. I have now been without my sensors for three weeks, and I went out without them for almost 2 months from January to the end of February This is not acceptable continuity of care. This is horrible customer service. If you have a choice, I would go anywhere but here.

On New Year's Eve I had bronchitis it was 5 minutes after Franklyn Pharmacy had closed. But when I called, the pharmacist picked up. He said he would stay open until I could get there to pick up my prescription. You find big brand pharmacies doing that. I have a prescription for migraines that warehouses often run out of. They always track it down for me. I bought an elbow brace there and then wanted one for my other elbow. They had it in the store the next day. Because they are smaller, they make their own purchasing decisions. They don't have to go through layers of red tape or through corporate to get things in. The people that work there are friendly, know me by name, but respect my privacy. Whenever I call, a person picks up, not an automated voice mail system. They also have a pretty good greeting card selection so it's a good place to go when you need to pick out a card for occasions. Plenty of free parking in their parking lot. Really glad I switched to Franklyn Pharmacy, only wish I'd done it sooner.

Last month, I stopped in his medical supply store in Westwood, NJ and sought help to fix the wheel on my 97-year-old mother's walker as she waited out in my car. He told me he could not help. While I was there, I also had questions on how he filed the Medicare claim on behalf of my mom who purchased a wheelchair from him for $275 back in March. Apparently Medicare was supposed to pay for part of it and reimburse my mother, but that's not what happened. HE was being reimbursed monthly by Medicare. Yes, he would then send a check to my mom, but I questioned why it happened this way. With that, he got indignant, angry, and started screaming at me, saying I came in here and asked for something for free and then I accused him of wrongdoing. (which afterwards, when calling Medicare, they did confirm he filed my mother's claim incorrectly.) I got upset and told him I was going to give him a bad review. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. So I reached to take a business card off the counter. As I turned around to leave, he was right there, body blocking me! I told him not to touch me, as I myself am a 75-year-old woman, so there is no need to be confrontational for my asking a question. With that he turned around, took my mother's walker, opened up the door and shoved it out onto the sidewalk. He's the most hot tempered, unprofessional human being I've ever met. Definitely find another medical supply place to go to.
