PROS: This Pharmacy has the nicest staff and are always fully in stock. Parking is fine, location is good, and hours are nice for a local pharmacy. They even have free delivery CONS: Small amount of room inside so if there's a lot of people you'll be cramped in there. Despite the parking space amount being fine the lot itself is small which causes congestion OVERALL: I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a locally owned pharmacy, just come when nobody is here read more

I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank the US Pharmacy Lab for their kindness and compassion towards me last Monday. After being discharged from the hospital around 8:30PM, I was given paper scripts that needed to be filled immediately. By the time I got back into the area, my regular pharmacy was closed and I was scrambling to find a 24-hour pharmacy. On a whim, I called the US Pharmacy Lab in Northvale, NJ and got in touch with the owner, David Yoon. Although the pharmacy was closed, David told me not to worry and that he would meet me at the store. As promised, about 10 minutes later, he arrived at the store, quickly filled my prescriptions, and completely eased my mind in the process. After having such a positive experience, I will now be making a permanent switch to the US Pharmacy Lab for all of my regular prescription needs. Thank you again! read more

Awesome business. Never too crowded -- can fulfill refills very quickly. I just text them and it's done usually same day. New scripts are quick too. Started getting my flu shots here because it's a walk in- no appointment needed. Very friendly and pleasant staff. One of the easiest errands to complete. read more

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Head pharmacist David Yoon thinks he's a doctor and likes to interview on recommended medications prescribed by your physician, even to the point of getting them canceled. If anyone knows how to report a pharmacy please let me know. Oh and they also very rarely have the medication you need in stock and need to "be ordered". Poor English and no Spanish. A disgrace to private businesses in our great state of New Jersey. Wish I could have given zero stars. read more

I was a CVS customer for years, waiting in long lines only to be treated by what seemed like grumpy associates, every time. I finally heard about US Pharmacy through my doctor, she had heard great things and I 100% agree. The people here are so, so nice - they greet you with a smile and a "hello". Absolutely the worst experience at a pharmacy I hav ever had. Not only did they not have my medication correctly counted but they also over charged and tried to get away with it. Head pharmacist David likes to play doctor and will argue with your physician about what your being prescribed ( which looks very bad for you to your doc). Anyway we had a talk and things got better, I was loyal, and then out of the blue he over charged me 120$ for a medication that was free. They are all rude and speak poor English and no Spanish. If anyone knows how to report an unsafe pharmacy please report them. Thank you and beware. P.s. wanted to give zero stars but was not aloud. read more
