After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere. He has been extremely rude on multiple occasions, including asking me to come inside and join another line after waiting 45 minutes in the drive through line just because I needed to use a manufacturer's coupon for a long-standing out-of-pocket medication (not covered by insurance for years). He refused to process it and told me to return another day. I've witnessed him being rude to other customers as well. This behavior has caused significant anxiety and made me afraid to pick up necessary prescriptions here. Walgreens needs to address staff conduct and training. Patients deserve respectful, efficient service when picking up medications. We're there because we are ill. A kind word and kindness in general goes a long way.
