I've been to many tanning salons and have even worked at one for 5 years...but this one has been the worst experience. My first day there signing up, their credit card slider (which was a laptop attachment) was down and after 15 minutes of trying to get it to work, she asked me to go get cash at Walgreens, at that point a free tan would have been nice for the trouble. Instead they took off 10% of my package but was still late for my next appointment. The lady was very nice however asked a lot of personal questions for the first time meeting someone. Thought that was weird... So over the next few weeks I went in to tan...I was surprised of the lack of friendliness by the workers. I walk in and all they say is "last name?" But what really killed it for me was the large rash that I got from their beds. I've never had this problem at any other salon and makes me question if their beds are even sanitary. It's unfortunate that this is the only place in town for tanning...but I did give 2 stars because even after the trouble, at least I still got a tan for my vacation. read more

I had a spray tan yesterday with Hannah. I too, have gone to a several different places, never got it quite right ... This by far exceeded my expectations. Hannah definitely is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She is very sweet and puts you right at ease. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE my tan. We're going to Palm Springs for the weekend and I now will blend in as one of the locals. I have a beautiful bronze tan, not orange ... Can't say enough ... I will definitely be back ... Basic beds get the job done, great customer service, and fair prices. Never a long wait and great location. I live in Moreno Valley where we have one tanning place that's open whenever the owner feels like it. Luckily I work in Redlands and can tan here on my way home. read more

Worst tanning salon I've ever been too! They are completely unprofessional there phone number isn't even a real working line just goes directly to busy signal! 4 times in a row I went to tan and they were closed during operating hours! Once a sign was posted they would return at 5:30pm I waited for 30 min after the time posted and no one ever came! They charge you for standard items like tanning glasses, no air conditioning, tiny towel actually it's a dirty little wash towel if one is even there! No music, just a large tacky industrial fan in your room that blows all your clothing around the dirty floor! I am shocked at how bad this place truly is!! read more

AMAZING customer service. I called to ask about the spray tan, and the gentleman on the phone gave me over 10 minutes of advice on how to do it, how to make it last, prepping, etc. I'm new to this and asked a ton of questions so I was extremely grateful!! I signed up for a year tanning package at this salon, the prices are great and the atmosphere is nice. I enjoy the 12 minute bed which gets me in and out quickly. The girl at the front desk, Kate was very helpful with all my questions on skin care and how long to spend in the bed so I don't burn (as a newbie). I'm going to try there spray tans next I've heard that the owner Rhonda is great at them. read more

I have to say this has been by far the best tanning place I have ever been to! Staff is extremely friendly and their prices are very reasonable. I just signed up for three months of tanning for my wedding, and tried the spray tan tonight for a friends wedding. It was the best spray tan I have ever had! This is a great tanning salon! The staff is so nice and helpful, other salons I've been to have young snobby girls that are irritated at you for interrupting their phone call, text message or game of flappy bird.. Not the case here! The first day I signed up, I forgot to buy protective eyewear and because I already paid, she gave me a pair of disposable winkies to use, only a 50¢ save but it was the heater that made the difference. Another time I went in, I was asking questions about their lotions, since I was told they'd be getting more in that week, well they were all sold out of the lotions that I wanted, so the employee let me sample a different one. The beds, rooms and waiting area are always clean and I haven't been when it's been busy, although it is only the middle of march, so I don't know what a couple degrees of warmer weather will do. One lady told me that the busier times are after 6 pm and usually first thing in the morning, at 8 am, but again, I haven't seen it. Also, I was told you can call ahead and they can save a bed for you.. That's a definite plus as I am always on the go. For new customers, they offer $10 off a membership, making the first month of the 20 minute beds only $39, which is pretty standard. I have only tried those beds, but they do offer 15 minute and 12 minute beds as well. So far, they've earned my constant business over the salon up the blvd! read more

The worst customer service I have ever had! If you store hours say you open back up at 3pm for winter hours does not mean you leave and lock the door without saying anything to your customer who is waiting outside to come in. Then wait another 10 minutes for nothing. I would be handing out zero stars if possible!! read more
