I've been getting sugaring for the past 4-5 months up in the Bay Area where they do a much cleaner job. I've reached out to see if they will reimburse me for the over charge so let's see if they do. They charged my full amount on card and claimed I owed a difference during check out which I paid cash so I don't have a receipt of that. Because of these things sorry I cannot recommend.

When you get to the building, the door is locked and you need a code to get in, or she comes and gets you. That made me feel very safe since I would be laying there in a very vulnerable position! I felt like it was meant to be because it just all worked out so well and booking online was so easy. I booked a 90 minute appointment with Bitali for the Moisturizing Head Spa service. The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!

I would argue this was better than a therapy session. If you're dealing with a lot of stress, just had a baby or just need a good scalp reset, Bitali is your girl!
