When I said it seemed too short, she told me that long hair is not flattering on my body type, told me I need to work out until I sweat. When I emailed her to tell her I was unhappy with how uneven, frizzy and not even close to how I wanted it was, she blamed me and "hormones." I guess if you're someone who will gossip about kissing married men in bars she will treat you well, otherwise you'll pay $150 for a dry, frizzy chop and be told you're fat by someone your same size.

Later that day the stylist left a long, awkward message that did not include a real apology or offer to make things right.
