She explained everything along the way, including how much product to use and how to style my new cut. I am obsessed with my new hair. I literally can't stop touching it. I emailed the owner; she left a message saying she would call, but when I called back she was unavailable. Later that day the stylist left a long, awkward message that did not include a real apology or offer to make things right. We will not return, and I'm sharing this experience so others--especially seniors and their families--know what to expect.

I would definitely go somewhere else if there were options but unfortunately this is the only tanning place from Lincoln City to Newport!
