They refused to deduct the price due to poor service/quality and said it was final despite my complete lack of satisfaction of their work. Even after offering to pay more than half (which was still too much) just to get out of there they said i couldn't leave. I didn't know what to do. Im pretty sure the cops could be called for that. The manager was not on site leaving me no option but to pay for something i did not like and did not ask for (and they took so long i was the last customer in there past closing) They were turning off the lights before i even had the final buff before the top coat and cuticle oil. I do appreciate the initial hospitality and the renovation looks nice but this was a horrible experience and would not recommend for assured quality customer care. I visited the spa to get a syringe of lip filler. This was my first time ever to get this type of…read moreservice and went into it expecting a great experience. That did not happen. I paid for and received a fully syringe of lip filler and was told/ promised that my lips would seem too large immediately after, but within a few days my lips would eventually look more normal. I was not given instructions or information on what type of filler was used nor how to care for my lips after. Even immediately after, my lips were not gorged nor "too" plump. I had bruising and by the 3rd day whatever plump I had went away. I text the salon and asked to make an appointment for a touch up, which was offered by Lisa the injector. I was told if I wanted a more "plump" look I would have to buy another syringe of lip filler at regular cost, no discount. I sent in pics of before and after and they doubled down and said they couldn't do anything for me until I went in. Several times Natalie the manger told me that they offer the "natural" look and that is what they see in my pictures. Well, I feel like my lips today, which is almost 2 weeks, do not look like I had any filler at all. The salon did not do anything to try to get me to come in so they could rectify the problem. They said to come back and then they would decide what the next step would be ----- I could just hear them tell me one more time "you do have the natural look". I decided not to return and will be asking my credit card to reject the transaction.
