Sky was so careful not to damage or file my natural nail and kept them strong and healthy. He cut and shaped them exactly like I asked and took the time to compare my hands to each other to ensure my nails were the same length on each hand. I asked for a regular manicure and regular polish. He was gentle in cutting my cuticles and gave a great arm massage. They advertised that they…read moredo SNS dipping powder but when the lady started she told me she wouldn't do that and tried to use the SNS powder and liquid like they do for solar nails. My nail technician was not gentle. Almost all of my fingers were bleeding at the cuticle and hurting during and after. I get my nails done often and can tell the difference between occasional discomfort and the lack of awareness she had speeding through the service. I had also asked several times for my nails to be cut shorter and she said yes but would not cut them. Once she put a clear coat on top my solid blue color I noticed white spots all over them. I pointed this out and she said it's just the color. I asked to see the original example and it was not at all what I had. After the discomfort I experienced and already disappointed that I did not receive the SNS dipping powder like I asked for I did not want her to try and fix them. I will have to go somewhere else to have them fixed during my vacation and spend more money. I was looking forward to spending time within my grandmother and getting our nails done together but this was not a great experience.
