Coffee, Ocean Views & a Mini-Retreat for the Soul…read more I've been to A LOT of places for coffee, and I'll just say it: I'm a coffee snob. So when I say the coffee here is awesome, I mean it! What makes this place special isn't just the coffee--it's the entire experience. Operated by the Catholic Church, this peaceful coffee establishment has a beautiful prayer garden where you can stroll, reflect, and maybe even get your thoughts straight before your second cup. My bride and I spent FOUR HOURS here reading, journaling, talking, and enjoying the serenity. And yes, we were still happily married when we left! The view of the Pacific Ocean is spectacular. You can walk across the street, sit on a bench, and simply listen to the waves. There's also a spacious patio, clean restrooms, friendly and polite staff, and an atmosphere that seems to say, "Slow down...you're allowed to breathe." This isn't just a place to grab a cup of coffee. It's a place to grab a cup of coffee, grab your thoughts, grab your bride, and grab a little peace for your soul. As a Yelp Elite reviewer--and someone who takes coffee VERY seriously--this place gets my enthusiastic recommendation. Great coffee. Great people. Great atmosphere. Incredible view. And a prayer garden thrown in for good measure. Sometimes you don't need a vacation. You just need four hours, two cups of coffee, the Pacific Ocean, and someone you love sitting across the table. #YelpElite #CoffeeSnob #CoffeeLovers #PacificOcean #CoffeeAndViews #PrayerGarden #MiniRetreat #DateDay #GreatCoffee #HiddenGem #CoffeeWithAView #SoulRefreshment

It has plenty of parking and ample indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is limited, but everything is good. Service is friendly and quick. The food and drinks were so good that we went twice during our three-day stay in Felton. They also have a cute gift and book shop, and a clean bathroom.

The employees are also nice. I like how they have a big patio and is a neighborly vibes. i like cats and i also like clouds but the real question is do i like cat and cloud? MEOW MEOW…read more i think they are solid if you actually like coffee. their roasts run light. you will not taste bitter dark roast italian-style BAM BAM on your tastebuds that make you physically recoil and shout OI MARIO MAMMA MIA!! i wouldn't order anything above a 6 oz size for that reason. it is a super cute shop, basically in a garage situation. located near capitola hashtag malibu barbie. bathroom is relatively clean. music is at the decibel of hippie (aka too loud for uppity people) but good taste - i walked in to a kali uchis song! hail the queen! also equipment is goated (mahkonig and decent). service is nice. free drip coffee samples! i love samples (i go to costco)! i tried the house blend which was okay. then i tried the honduras lot which was better; could taste the nuttiness and rhubarb. i ended up picking up a funkier one (rwanda red bourbon natural) since i am currently sick of washed beans. anyway cool selection!! i also tried the chai which was a disgrace to south asian culture. it was gentrified TWICE omg. too sweet AND had a white color. real chai is brown. anyway. the flat white was alright - a bit too big and a touch overfoamed. next time i will stick to the single origin drip or maybe an espresso. lets give cloudy meow meow a 4

This was my first time ever at this particular coffee shop, and I was so happy I found it when I…read moredid!! I was looking for something heavier than a pastry and found out they had breakfast sandwiches and their own bagels! Score!! To my surprise, they also had specialty drinks so I had to get the Blondie latte with a plant-based milk. I asked the lady if it was sweet and she said it came with a tablespoon of brown sugar. But they could switch it and make it a teaspoon instead. Perfect! As I got my latte it was amazing!! The espresso used in the latte was actually a mild roast coffee so I really liked the flavor of it roast and it was Organic!! Win-win!! Since I'm trying to avoid dairy at the moment, I asked if I could get the lox bagel sandwich without cream cheese and replace it with avocado. The lady at the register asked another barista behind her and she said it was fine! Perfect!! You also get to pick out what type of bagel you want, so I wanted to try something different and got the sun-dried tomato and basil or something like that! The sweet flavors of the herbs in the bagel and then the juiciness of the tomato baked into the bread once simply wonderfully with my breakfast sandwich!! There's a cute little waiting area inside with at least 10 tables or seats along the breakfast bar counter and a couple of tables. There's also a very large outdoor seating area, but I was cold so I wanted to sit inside to warm up my body since I was going to go to yoga on the beach. I had only planned on eating half the bagel sandwich but honestly, it was so good when it came out. I sat there for a good 20 minutes until I ate the whole thing!! Lol so funny!! I was so stuffed I had to walk an extra mile before I could start my yoga on the beach! As I sat enjoying my breakfast sandwich, I got to overhear the two barista's talk about music!! One of the baristas allowed her device to search new genres of music while the other barista specifically looked up different genres of music she liked and then would tell her device to find music of that era. So interesting to hear their discussion!! I honestly loved everything about this quaint little coffee shop, and I will definitely be back again and again!!
