I appreciate her honest feedback and letting me know she may not be able to do my lashes if it balding and how my previous eye lash technician didnt even tell me how my lashes were or the kind of state it was. She didn't even tell me my real lashes were damaged and frail that she just kept putting the extension on top of my baby hair that were growing. Kelley was a life saver because if that would have continued I wouldn't have anymore lashes and will be balding, she really cares about her client and quality of her work.i really appreciate her honesty instead of just caring about making money off of me. She is a genuinely person. So I came here for the first time right when things started opening up again. And I was in a major need of hair help. I tried to dye part of my hair pink by myself and failed miserably. I have dark brown hair, so I had to bleach it. Well, of course my hair just turned orange. Then when I tried to apply pink hair dye to it, it didn't take, so I just had a weird orange streak in my hair for a while. It was annoying me, so eventually I just decided to cut it off....mistake....don't do that! But anyways....here I come rolling into Arrow with almost a partial bowl hair cut where the streak I cut out is and the rest of my hair super long (it looked terrible, yes, lol). I ask Camila about extensions, and even though I only had a haircut scheduled, she made time to go ahead and put in extensions since her next appointment wasn't for a bit, and completely saved my hair and my self-esteem lol. And both the haircut and the extensions looked awesome!!! Exactly what I wanted! Maybe even better than I had hoped for, because I kinda thought I had ruined my hair to a point where it couldn't be fixed lol. Also love the time she takes to shampoo my hair! One of the best feelings is someone else washing your hair! Also, she's super friendly and knows when I want to talk and when I want to sit in silence! And I went back since and she put in a new blue streak in my hair which I also love, though I think I'll go back to the pink streak next time. I only get my lashes done on special occasions, but honestly With how good these lashes come out, I might have to come more often. The mood and atmosphere in the studio made me feel relaxed and the chair is quite comfy, so much that I doze off! Not only was Colleen knowledgeable and attentive to my needs both times, but she also created a custom lash look to my liking and she explained what was more suitable for my eye shape/natural lashes. Huge Disappointment I tried to get an appointment with Shell…read morebut she was in Europe. I've known her for years and does beautiful color. She recommended Vanessa and gave me her number and passed on my two blonde colors. I couldn't get in until Friday before my important weekend with Filoli Gardens. I was to demo watercolors for two days. Vanessa did my hair and she did a beautiful job EXCEPT she used the WRONG COLOR and I ended up with Ash/mousey brown hair! It made me look DEAD! I called her and she wanted me to come right down but I had NO extra time! I quickly put on a Frosting cap and lightened it in sections. Some parts are brassy so I washed it with purple shampoo to soften it. I used to frost for years. I paid Vanessa $174 including tip. Because "I" touched it she would not help me! If she put in the wrong combination she should stand up to it!

Two employees are gossiping/talking very loudly around the corner from the front desk. I stand there for around 5 minutes, they are still talking... no acknowledgment... no nothing... I don't know about you but I don't like to be in that kind of negative environment for no longer than I have to. So I turned around and left.
