However, he politely waited and then came to my door as scheduled. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for which would be a new look for my out dated landscape. I shared my budget (I gave him a number lower than what I was truly willing to spend) figuring I would get the usual high rate and have to negotiate down. We discussed plants, water issue, drainage and continued maintenance. I ask a lot of questions and he gave very informative answers. I finally thought after an hour or so, I should let this man be on his way. He promised to call me the following day with pricing. He did as promised. Wow, this was awesome. He gave me a quote for my updated landscape and to my surprise he stayed under the budget I had told him, making suggestions on how to save even more money. The job has turned out beautifully and I will say this company has stood by their word. They have integrity, are very honest, hard working and man of his word. Anywhere from laying down slabs of stone too added rock chips to a walking path we got you covered. Drainage is also another slice of the pie i like to dig into. Sometimes the right grade is not available to all the yards out there. The proper drainage plan is the way to go from adding a catch basin to getting your down spouts piped away from your house. We can not forget about the irrigation part of the landscape . We are super good into installing systems and also doing the complicated repairs of older irrigation systems.
