The Fescue is absolutely full of weeds - clover, crab grass, wild something rather, violets, etc. They aren't putting down pre-emergent and clearly nor do they put down post-emergent in the Fescue. I didn't have any weeds with previous lawn care company. They also sell the tree/shrub program based on fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide... except you don't actually get fertilizer. Disappointed in this. I don't dislike them and infact really like the people, but there seems to be some kind of disconnect between the ladies answering phones, owner, and applicator. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to try another company.

The first day was a hot, sunny day. The man who came aerated my lawn. He told me that he was too tired to do anything else and he was going home. He wanted to be paid even though he had not completed the treatment. I already had a check made out to him for the aeration, as well as the spraying; so I showed it to him and told him that I would give it to him when he completed the work. He was supposed to come back the next day. Next day - no show or phone call. The third day someone came and completed the treatment and accepted payment. I fired them, but someone came at another time to treat my lawn. I told him that they had been fired. I would have continued to work with them except for the old guy who came out first blighted the whole experience.

So we went to his house (which is his business address) and low and behold he says he has moved to Jefferson GA (he DID NOT change the address on his billings nor notify us of a new mailing address, but this happened once before when he moved) and "thought the PO was forwarding" his mail. Not a good way to conduct business! In all the years we were dealing with him, not one time had we not paid. If there was a problem, it was with him not monitoring his mail. So thankful we never gave him any of our Credit Card or direct payment information. As stated the disputes were when the owner would not check his mail and then continued over and over with late notices. Each time the check WAS received by him and dated and mailed the DAY AFTER the actual Service. He needs to be on top of his billing and make sure he provides ALL customers a Current Address for payment. Harassing a 93 year old lady is not good and very unprofessional. We now have someone doing the yard for $5 less.

Since I couldn't do the entire lawn at once, Wes started with part of it. The results have been better than any of my previous sod jobs! I did lose some grass to fungus, but this year Wes is going to work his magic on the entire lawn. I'm also having Tee with Red Lab Lawn, a company Wes works with, handle the treatments needed to keep the fungus under control and keep the lawn healthy and green. Thanks again to Wes and his team. The problem lies with the actual results Agropro delivers from their services. I have been on their premium monthly subscription service for over 4 years and my yard looks as worse as it ever has. Every year I go through a back and forth where I try to cancel and they say ohhhhh please don't cancel. We will send the manager out and take a look and get a plan together. And then they offer me half off aerating and ask me to give them another chance to make it right and talk about how they are gonna really hit it with pre emergents in the fall / etc. Nothing actually happens and they don't actually improve anything. If you want to pay $70 a month for 4.5 years to see no improvement in your yard, choose Agropro.

Shortly after the respray we noticed a pattern of tremendous damage to the majority of our shrubs, trees, rose bushes, hydrangeas, even several of our healthy banana trees toppled over. We hired an independent professional to evaluate our entire property. They confirmed that the harm to our landscaping is consistent with the treatment that Agropro improperly applied. We tried to work with Agropro for a solution. Agropro defended their chemicals, offered to give a a "soil enrichment", suggested we pay additional for shrub and bush maintenance, and said all of our plants and shrubs were salvageable. This Spring, everything remains damaged consistent with the application of the chemicals. SAY NO TO AGROPRO.
