Jacob was very helpful. They were having a computer issue which caused him to have to redo the order 4 times but honestly he was more upset than I was because I work with computers every day and I understand the struggle. Jacob went over my paperwork and I had no hidden fees or surprises. My appliances were delivered on date I was told , the washer and dryer were in perfect condition but the refrigerator was dented and the delivery person did not try to hide it, in fact he called my husband outside to show him the dent and told him they were not going to leave it, they have already called me to schedule delivery of a new one. overall, I feel the service was great and the staff helpful and friendly.
