Both men's and women's clothing were especially dated and/or damaged somewhat (pilling, gummy from too much fabric softener, stretched out of shape). I found the overall quality here was much lower than most of the Goodwill stores I frequent in Missouri & Oklahoma, which surprised me quite a bit, especially since Emporia is a college town.

The clothing price is substantially less than the locations in Oklahoma. This location the day I stopped didn't have much on the high end of quality but was very well organized and clean overall. It does not have a public restroom ( since I was traveling this would have been a plus ) I spent about $25 in 15 minutes of looking and was very pleased with my finds. I would definitely stop here again if my travels take me within 20-30 minutes drive from here. The staff was friendly and made sure a breakable item was bagged safe for travel. one note for staff, there were not very many size markers on the racks even though the clothing was properly divid... dividers at the beginning of every rack and again when they change is helpful. We found a few items that looked okay but ended up only leaving with a bowtie because my kiddo almost stole it. The kids area smells like urine so I did not look too hard in there because I couldn't handle the smell. If I am honest that ruined the whole experience. My daughter heard they had great teen items. We found a dress but definitely no decent sz 0 pants, shorts or tops. Her friend that is a different sz didn't find anything either. We actually saw many better items at the goodwill that was just behind it.
