I did not have an appointment ahead of time, but a last minute trip to Wichita this past weekend caused me to test my luck and go to the Brick & Bustle website to see if they had any openings - they did! We arrived just a few minutes before my appointment time and was greeted immediately by Tasha - with a friendly smile and an instant feeling of relief. She sat us down to get started on what would become one of the best days ever. Tasha talked us through the process with professionalism, charm, and calming honesty. She asked me the questions about my likes and dislikes, and took notes showing her attentiveness. She had us look through the racks, and took note of the styles I was drawn to. Then selected 5 dresses, keeping us well within budget - that she felt included each piece of my vision. I couldn't have chosen a better selection of options myself. Tasha went out of her way to get my hair put up so that we could try on veils with the dresses - she found a way to put it up fashionably and sustainable. She really blew me away when she said "do you have any comfort pieces I can leave down for you". KNOWING that as a girl, sometimes hair up can throw off the entire mood. It was so thoughtful, and left a huge impact. One thing that stood out the most was the way Tasha would provide me and my party with privacy - but never making us feel like we were alone. She would step away, and allow those private conversations to happen - but never too far that when I asked for her, she was right there again. At some point early on, it no longer felt like she was our consultant - she was apart of our group. Saying YES to my DRESS wouldn't have been possible without the help from Tasha, and I will never forget the wonderful experience she created.
