There is financing available if needed. We did and destruction and construction started soon. We got to know the talented workers over the next couple weeks. They were extremely hard-working men that we trusted. They asked a few questions but they had done this job enough to know exactly what to do. They removed two evergreen bush stumps, back filled with dirt, placed a thick weed barrier, placed a thick layer of black mulch, and placed 8 new bushes/grass plants. There was also a downspout in this area that they attached a drainage tube to and routed the tube underground away from the house to a pop-up discharge. This work will reduce erosion around our front porch and get water away from the foundation. Ian then gave us a lesson on how often these plants need water. Attached is a photo of the project. Ian and his crew were very polite, showed up when they said they would be there, worked very professionally, and cleaned up our yard when they were done. We highly recommend Ian and are already thinking about a small project for this fall that we will have Ian do.

I had been waiting on them and had somewhere I needed to go, so I stated I was hoping they would have been there between 2-3 like was scheduled. I pushed my plans to later and said they could come out as long as they were there by 4:00 and then they changed the time to 4:10. When I again said that was fine and asked them not to push it any further out, they responded with "Nevermind" and blocked me. They even blocked me from their Facebook page, clearly to keep me from leaving a bad review. I find it very unprofessional to not keep your appointment time more than one time and then block a person after taking up their afternoon because they were waiting on you. I would never recommend or work with someone who can't even have the decency to show up when they suggested, not offer one apology and then turn around and do what they did.

Sunroom had several leaks over the years which they attempted to address by letting some 3rd grader with a caulk gun slop silicone sealer all over the glass, the frame, and anywhere else they could possibly slather it and not care to make it look professional. Recently had the glass in the two doors replaced as their seal was leaking causing the doors to fog up inside and look cloudy. The glass was placed under the warranty plus the price of a service call, and again they slopped black sealer all over both glass doors, damaged the interior pull handle by knocking the paint off it and walked away because they lack integrity and will never take responsibility for their workmanship. The sunroom is not mine, it's on my mother's house and she's fought this company for well over a decade and now that she has cognitive issues at 87 years old I have to take over. Stay away from this company, let them fail.
